All sales are final.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days via United States Postal Service. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, it is then the responsibility of the postal service. Planner Squad cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
If you feel your sticker sheet(s) have not been cut properly, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the defective sticker sheet so that we can determine what steps to take next. If we can determine that your sticker sheets are in fact defective due to the error on Planner Squads behalf, a replacement will be shipped at no charge.
In some instances, we may require you to return the defective sheet(s). Once the defective sheet(s) have been received and inspected, we will email to let you know the status of your exchange. If approved, return shipping costs will be refunded (up to $3) and replacements will be shipped as soon as possible.
Planner Squad reserves the right to reject returns that we do not feel were defective due to our own error. Damaged items due to postal service neglect are not eligible for exchange or return.
